Insurance

La Jolla Shores Physical Therapy no longer bills insurance for services. All charges are collected at time of service. We are not a Medicare provider and secondary insurances (to Medicare) will not pay for services.

Initial Evaluation     $ 165 (initial visit)
Physical Therapy $ 125 (standard visit)
Custom Orthotics   $ 235

Home Visit $175

Pilates
Individual Session  $ 100
Semi-Private Session  $ 145
Package of 8 Individual Sessions  $ 720 ($80 per session)

*Pilates must be paid at time of service. Cancelations must be 24 hours ahead to not incur the full session charge.

Massage
50 Minute Massage  $ 125
80 Minute Massage  $ 175

*Massage services must be paid at time of service. Cancelations must be 24 hours ahead to not incur the full session charge.

We accept all major credit cards, checks and/or cash. *We do not accept tips for massage as we are a medical establishment.

Depending on the client or patient's needs, our massage therapist can travel to your home. There is a $35 travel fee in addition to charge.
