Stephanie Hoffman - MS, PT

Graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and Exercise Physiology from San Diego State University, and her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami. She has extensive experience in the field of Sports Medicine and Orthopedics, including Group Director for Physiotherapy Associates, Aztecs Sports Medicine, and is currently owner of La Jolla Shores Physical Therapy.

Stephanie’s professional sports teams affiliations have been with the San Diego Gulls, San Diego Sockers, San Diego Spirit and the Olympic Volleyball Team.  She has also worked with numerous athletic trainers at the high school level and tri-athletes around the county.


Graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo where he completed his BS in Kinesiology and minor in Psychology. He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of St. Augustine. Ry has extensive experience working with patients with pre/post surgical rehabilitation, orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, functional limitations, and sport specific training and conditioning. Areas of emphasis include spinal stability, core and pelvic stability, functional biomechanics, strength and conditioning, and manual therapy. He incorporates movement science, manual therapy and functional exercise in the rehabilitation process in order to optimize functional outcomes.

As an athlete, personal trainer and physical therapist, he has a passion for improving the quality of life for his patients. 

Jordan Foreman - Pilates

Graduated with her BFA in dance from California Institute of the Arts. She was first introduced to Pilates as a young dancer struggling with alignment and growth issues. She truly believes in its ability to strengthen, heal, and help facilitate movement, since she herself was once in pain without it. Through her personal Pilates practice,  Jordan was able to continue dancing and performing for many years.

Jordan loves fitness and feels it is for everyone. With Pilates she is able to focus on teaching movements in a way that address each individuals needs and distinctive abilities. She strives on creating movements that make positive changes in her clients bodies, through the knowledge she gathered while studying at Long Beach Dance Conditioning, where she received her training.

Carol MEad - Pilates

Carol has been practicing Pilates for over 30 years and has been a PMA certified instructor for the last five years. Her professional career in dance led her to Pilates at a very young age as a way to maintain a balanced body and an injury free career. 

Carol has inspired many clients and patients back to their highest quality of living in the safest manner. Her level of experience and education is evident and effective with everyone she works with.


JACOB MURDOCK - Massage therapist

Graduated from University of California, Berkeley, and is completing graduate studies in psychology. He is a California Certified Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Practitioner. He received his training at the Esalen Institute, International Professional School of Bodywork, and Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Jacob has over 1,500 hours in healing arts trainings, and over 3,000 in yogic trainings.

Jacob’s life is dedicated to service.  He volunteers at men’s and women’s prisons and homeless shelters, facilitating life changing work in modifying personal behavior towards healthier life choices. 


Graduated from the School of Healing Arts as a Certified Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Qigong and Yoga Instructor (RYT-200) and Life Coach.  She blends myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, acupressure, breath work and energy work to help the body release and heal at multiple levels at once.  She believes that the body is constantly working towards well-being and all we need to do is to listen and do what it needs to support its mission.  She works with the nervous system in mind, knowing that the body heals best during phases of deep relaxation. 

She has been on the path of holistic healing and wellness for over 20 years and has been a practitioner and educator for the past 9 years.
